Halley's Big Award

I am just so, so, so proud of my baby girl, Halley. Every single day she works hard on her school work and makes sure she is on her best behavior. She is just a really smart little girl. This year, she was chosed to receive a really big award - The Superintendent's Star Award. There was only 1 child chosen from each school in the school district, and she was chosen for hers! They sent a letter home saying the traits they used to select her were the following 1)Trustworthy 2)Fair 3)Responsible 4)Respectful 5)Caring 6)A Good Citizen. :D The letter ends with "Again, congratulations on raising a child who is thought of as a true leader by the teachers and students here..." On Tuesday, she received the award, which turned out to be a little trophy. I was so estatic for her.

We decorated for Lauren since Easter is coming soon.. We had to make sure the Easter Bunny knew where to find her! <3 Can't wait to take her Easter Basket to her!
